Why be so self righteous about the music you write and play. Like you have the ONLY formula that works in music. Not everyone runs marathons in the Olympics...some do just the sprints. It all requires talent and ability... Cos it's really hard to stand out and differentiate yourself when you play "instrumental rock". The steve and joe show kinda ruined the genre for everyone or at least made it a big uphill battle. You gotta stand behind what you do 100% with 100% attitude, even when you're wrong.
