Members JoshuaLogan
A couple people wanted to hear these, so I uploaded them. I was talking to Mesa4x12er on AIM last week and he wanted to hear some of the Axe-FX effects, so I recorded a bunch of quick clips of me noodling around with different types of clean sounds and different effects. Spent less than 5 minutes on each one of these... nothing special, just guitar and just noodling around... all in one take and not playing to a metronome (which will be really obvious lol)... just having fun pretty much. All of them are just one track, except for the one called "test", which was me testing out a dry clean sound and ebow up the middle for a little atmosphere... might be part of an intro for a song or something. Anyways, like I said, nothing special, but I think there are some cool sounds in there, and maybe even a couple cool ideas haha http://www.netmusicians.org/files/5-test.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/36-ambient.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/86-underwater.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/29-ebow.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/71-strange%20effect.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/12-noodling%20lol.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/27-noodling%20again.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/35-synthy%20volume%20swells.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/11-weird.mp3 http://www.netmusicians.org/files/5-really%20spacey.mp3

Members Voltaire
clip 1 really spacey. that thing has great reverb, nothing that I can't replicate though with my current reverb pedal (behringer, mind you). clip 2 weird. but HOLY MOLY.. I LOVE that "weird" clip! WHAT EFFECTS ARE THOSE?! I'll post more when i get to the other clips

Members Voltaire
3. synthy volume swells, that is pretty neat sounding, reminds me of the OLD windows start up sound. so that's all automatic? it's touch sensitive? 4 noodling again. that's some noodling! sounds very good. 5 noodling lol. that's really cool tone, an 8 string ibanez with emgs?!? 6 strange effect. That's cool, i have a peavey pro-fex that can do the same thing, it's weird but not very practical for much of anything. 7 ebow. YOU HAVE AN EBOW?! and is that reverse delay or wat? 9 underwater. meh 10 ambient . yay harmonics! 11 test. very cool, sounds like VST instruments in the background all in all, the effects are neat.. nothing i can't get with my sub 500 dollar set up though : (

Members JoshuaLogan
I think it has an Ebow effect built in? there might be some kind of sustainer effect in there somewhere (not sure), but I was using a real ebow
Members Say Ocean
The synthy volume swells were {censored}ing cool
Members thinkpad20
I don't think there's any sustainer in there; but you can compress the {censored} out of things if you want and crank the volume for lots o' sustain...
