Members potaetoes
it's probably jacked. when you stick tubes in and fire it up, and things go sizzle, your tubes get blamed for breaking it. see?

Members jlc1587
He might have wanted to use the tubes or the tubes might have been really old and he hasn't been playing the amp. So he took them out. He doesn't want to ship it to you with old tubes and you turn it on and it sound like crap and leave him bad feedback. Members sled
for the right price, I'd buy an amp with no tubes. just like I've bought cabs with no speakers.
Members Armitage
You sell an amp with no tubes so the guy has to spend a hundred or so bucks before he finds out the amp is screwed... and so are you.
Members mc5nrg
Tubes that are used in an amp aren't NOS.
