Members mike moriarty
Well I got my Eleven Rack the other day...and I gotta say I {censored}ing love this thing! Its definitely a step up from the PODX3 (which I own). Right out of the box I was getting usable tones. Its all very self explanatory and easy to use (didnt even have to break open the manual ), yet deep as hell once you get into it. While it only has 11 amp models and 3 drives they are all high quality and there many different cab models, mics, and mic positions which drastically change the sound. The True Z input gives it an organic tone, its hard to explain but it just "feels" like a tube amp. It has much more headroom then any modeler Ive tried, and as a metal guitarist I love the fact that you can get high gain tones with LOTS of definition, something which the POD lacks imo. Heres a couple of clips recorded direct. I dont think they really do this thing justice but here ya go. Keep in mind I suck at recording and I am still drunk from last night. Low gain clip (for the old farts ) http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8172871 High gain clip (for the cool kids)http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8173335

Members mike moriarty
Son, I am disappoint. Father, why are you disappoint? Yeah listening back now the high gain clip definitely sounds a little harsh and there is way too much gain.

Members Killzone
The high gain had that nice metallic crunch to it. How much did it run you if you don't mind me asking?

Members sled
you realize you have committed an act of sacrilege. clips that are mere equals will be held in contempt and marked as totally inferior. is that a Metal setting. sounds more rockish. Members Dropsix
I can almost guarantee that if someone with better recording/dialing skills (no offense ) made a clip, people would be calling it an Axe killer

Members MRAAJR
Everytime time a new rack processor comes out there will be the usual trolls^^^^^calling it an "Axe Killer." Just look at the hardware specs....not just the models and stuff.

They will probably call the new line 6 preamp the axe fx killer.
Members mike moriarty
Another cool feature of this thing is that you can record a dry track along with the processed signal and go back and edit any settings if not youre happy with the tone, which I didnt do

Members cmercein8
What kind of cab are you using? The sound was a little thin on the second clip. It may just have been the recording.
