Even the KKK is protected by Free Speech. May be...doesn't have a thing to do with the 1st Amendment. If it's really a Free Speech issue (which is highly arguable). The network is free to sue. So basically you're saying they should be punished for what they're saying... In both the US and Britain, they are constitutionally protected. What they are doing is legal...
