Members RaceU4her
Hmm... I must be tone-deaf That sounded really bad to me. It seemed to me like he was messing up when he was playing He was hitting a lot of open notes when doing "fast" runs, maybe he was intending on doing that but it sounded kinda amateur Cleans were good though. wow dude. Members grunge782
Kinda expected that. I barely listen to any classic rock so maybe that is why. So what was with all those open strings he hit during the lead run at the beginning? So I'm supposed to assume that was intended?

Members zehn
And the amp is inherently bright, so bright that many people end up having to run long lengths of guitar cord to tame the brightness of the amp.Which means it sounds like {censored}

Members telephant
Which means it sounds like {censored} They're not anymore bright than a JMP. In fact they're kind of a like a more refined, smoother version. But incredibly dynamic and react ridiculously well with the guitar volume. It just sounded a bit random to me.I've heard some guitarists trying to play single note lead lines and when they mess up by hitting an accidental open string it sounds similar to that. That's exactly what he did. But what does that have to do with the tone?
Members grunge782
That's exactly what he did. But what does that have to do with the tone? Well playing ability and tone in a video demo like this affects how I perceive it.
Members Mr. Brady
Meh, you can get that tone with an Agile Les Paul copy and a $300 dollar Peavey Classic.

Members grunge782
Wat? If somebody gets a GREAT tone out of an amp but sucks balls while playing (this guy doesn't suck balls btw, I just wasn't impressed, I thought he sounded good when playing the clean stuff) it affects how I perceive the tone.
