Members rafguitardude
Hi guys I was just wondering is it possible to add an effects loop to a amp without modding? i.e could i put a box between the head and the cab and put my flanger , chorus and delay pedal it it ? Or is the only way to try and get someone to mod it ? thanks Andy
Members Shask
The signal between the amp and speaker would fry the pedals, which in turn would fry the amp.
Members rafguitardude
Is there no product out that that would do it ? , or do i need to look at modding or getting a new amp?

You could use a load box, then go into the pedals, and then into a solid state power amp, and then into the speaker. But, that would be way more work then an FX loop. Members TheRymanChu
H&K editition tube is badass when you get it cooking. The way the Koch is voiced, I'm pretty sure I could get better tone out of a warm pile of dog dookie. anyways....Here is my list: Budda Superdrive 18 - 18 watts 12"crate VC508 - combo and head [V58 replacementEgnater Rebel.- 20 watts headFender princeton recording amp - 10" 15 wattsH&K Statesman - 20 watts 12"comboMesa Express 5:25 - yes head, 12", or 10"Mesa Lonestar Special - 5/10/30WPeavey Classic 20 - 15 watts 10"Peavey JSX Mini Colossal - 5 wattsRivera Clubster 25 comboRoccaforte High Gain 18 - 18 watts headSuhr badger - 18 wattsTraynor YCV20-WR - 15 watts 12"Traynor ycv15 blue - 15 watts 12"Voodoo Witchdoctor Voodoo Hex Zinky Blue Velvet

Members TheRymanChu
You're right the Soldanos shouldn't be on the list. I know that PRS and some other guys play Koch and they are expensive, but there is something in the way they are voiced that I really hate. ymmv
Members TheRymanChu
Also, if anyone is going to use my list to shop, please do not ever buy a Crate made in Vietnam.
Members Arm~On~Fire
Without a mod? Hmm, I think your only option will be to find an experience electronics technician close to you to do this. Do a Google search for Tiny Terror FX loop, as I can't remember where I got this, but I know it has been done. PM or EM me if you need the whole TT schematic, as it is too big to post here. -Dan
