From a songwriting perspective, I'd say it is finished, or at least it can be. Sure, it may not be everything you were envisioning from an arrangement standpoint, but that video is awesome. It let the voice be closer. The soundclick version the reverb seemed too deep on the voice and took me out of the smooth listen. I was too concious of the effect.
