I'm looking at one of those Yamaha NTX ones. They are tasty. Excitement wise, I'm not sure. Thinking of a seven string, but I found a new love recently for D-D tuning. I completely get why Sepultura/Death chose it as there's something about the timbre of the tuning that just shouts old school death/thrash. Oh I need a 5-string bass too! Hell, I'd get rid of your 16, pick up a medium to medium-heavy 18" and then get a 20" dark crash.
