The only issue there is if I want a pair of KT77s and I don't want to pay out the ass for them, JJ is the only way to go.
Members rockapede
I've only bought from Eurotubes once that I remember. I didn't have a problem. Once is hardly a decent sample though....
Members Cibyl
I've always received my tubes from Bob very quickly and have never had a problem.

I've never used their power tubes, but their preamp tubes are the worst I've ever heard. Dull and lifeless.

Must have gotten lucky. Both the 34s in the Stiletto and the 6L6s in the Triple are working great! Now I just need to get new pre tubes in the Triple and life will be good. Members hecticone
Have retubed numerous times with Doug never had a problem. And he has come up with some unique combinations to try that just sound stellar.
Members madrigal77
I've always heard they were dark sounding. Yeah, but IMO not in a good way. I tried a couple in my 5150 in all positions, and they just took the "soul" away from the amp. Like I said, dull and lifeless.

Members DrakkarTyrannis
I love Eurotubes. They go out of their way to help with tube questions and concerns, and I've only had a preamp tube go bad once..a new one was sent out right away overnight and I've never had a tube go bad since. I prefer Eurotubes over TubeDepot in terms of customer service and reliability. In all honesty I prefer JJ tubes and all my preamp tubes are JJ. I'd go with JJ power tubes but they don't make the kind I use.
Members DEADBYDAWN
I have dealt with Eurotubes and got a bad tube- the guy sent a new tube immediately and I didn't even have to send the bad tube back to him like other tube dealers I have read about require- on your own dime to boot. I was using Doug's but now use TubeDepot and am gonna go with Valvequeen in the future.
