Cool apps:
biteSMS - allows replying to SMS directly from the popup
Gridlock - arrange icons to your liking on the homescreen
Infinifolders - have as many icons as you want per folder, normally you can only have 12
Installous - get any app available in the App Store for free!!
Multicleaner - removes recent apps from the task switcher dock. Only view running apps
MxTube - download as save videos from Youtube
SBSettings - toggles functions on and off. Free memory. Multitasking
Winterboard - allows custom themes

What about some lockscreen stuff?

Lockscreen Info sucks-- I really don't know why people love something which looks like Windows Mobile 5.1.

Sure I want to get info on my Lockscreen but I want it done in a way which is consistent with look and feel of the iPhone.

Lockinfo is actually really cool. You need to explore it, there are lots of tweaks you can do with it.

Have you seen Typophone? Gorgeous-- just wish I could get a little more data on there instead of taking up quite so much space. Can't find a way to get LockInfo to look that good.

Notified...so you can shut off the pop ups for sms text. I get 1000 texts a week average, and the phone stopping for every one made me want to smash it.
SBSettings is great also. Allows you to turn services on and off with ease from the lockscreen.

Personally I don't use it as I only have a 3G and it really slows it down, but you can totally change the look of it if you like. Check MacThemes for lots of themes for it.
