Members newholland
holy crap. too many great ideas in one amp. TOTALLY dig the stepped attenuators. the mid lift is amazingly cool sounding. i'd love to play one of those in person!

Members newholland
You might get to nice! yeah-- i watched the black tooth too-- clearly my minimalistic tendencies are a bit pushed by that one.. but they both sound ragingly good. i wanna hear a rotten johnny head! my only concern is how either of 'em feels after an amp with ONE gain stage. two might FEEL pretty heavy comparatively- but you can't argue with the sounds of that thang! Members superflyinmonke
That is really sexy OD tone with the vintage flavour. I enjoyed that.
Members mcr23
Yeah I love that he used 6V6s and achieved a very open-sounding, british-flovor OD with tons of pleasant midrange. Just goes to show you it's the designer and the circuit, not necessarily the tubes. The greenback speaker was also a good choice for this.
