Same here (LOVE the ACB!). I also use a Maxon OD808 before my ISP on both my 6505+ and Blackstar HT 60 combos. The extra saturation makes the tones so sweet. Also allows me to use less gain on the amp which enhances my tone/makes less noise.

Members Elric
Personally, I make a big distinction between a pedal used as a boost and one used as a distortion. Cascading gain stages are always fun but, in general, I strongly prefer the bulk of the preamp to come from the amplifier's tube preamp (stomp as boost) to most of the distortion in the first (stompbox) gain stage (stomp as distortion). I guess the only exception would be fuzzes.
Members pamackie
If I ever have to gig again on guitar, I may dump my HT-5 in favor of a Classic 30 or something, then hit it with the HT-Dual.

Members Ron Burgandy
[video=youtube;-ODnK5zD-LA] I did for a long time. Old ProCo Rat into a '62 Fender Concert in that video. ts9 in '68 Pro Reverb (pro was dimed) for a while, fuzz in to AC30, Rat in to AC30... actually most of the amps i've used live have been primarily clean amps and I used pedals for my dirt. Members Les-Zombie
sometimes i use a fender deluxe reverb and a barber super sport or a dirty bomb and i can get a decent tones from that rig.
Members guitarbilly74
I got great results using distortion pedals into a clean amp in the past but with so many amps with great distortion tones at pretty much any price range, why bother? I still like to use an OD as a lead boost for my drive channel if that counts
