I've been calling people Bozo and Jabroni a lot. sometimes I use "big man", but only to people that are fellow members of the gymrat brotherhood. otherwise it is usually dude, bro, or lady (for the females). dude has always been used since my skateboard-punk days. bro kind of came around in an ironic demeaning fashion to make fun of real bro-douchebags, then it just kind of stuck around.
