Members Markdude
I'll check when I get home, I still have the sheet somewhere. I don't remember it being too bad. They offer credit through ACC (which I could transfer to Texas State) but I have way too many hours so I'm not going to bother with trying to get academic credit for it. I think there's a 5% discount on the flight time hourly rates for Texas State students too. But I'm still totez open to KAUS schools too, especially if we could be in the same class. Members Y0UNGBL00D
what company/FBO was it? yeah, ive been at ACC too long to worry about hours i wonder if i could get the gi bill or the state to pay for it, veteran style
Members Markdude
Texas State Aviation - http://www.tsaviation.com/index.html The site says $35 per hour for ground instruction but I'm not sure how many hours total the ground school is. I remember talking to them last year about the supplies/books but I forgot how much they cost. I will {censored}ing hate you if the GI bill pays for everything. Members Y0UNGBL00D
hmmmmm..... the math, provided the same number of hours of training is involved at each school, for ground school works out to this: UT: $120 + $125 for materialsTS: $525 for instruction alone:eek:
Members Markdude
Dafuq? I thought I remembered them saying something around $200, but if that turns out to be true, then {censored} it, KAUS all the way! What FBO is that?

What FBO is that? well, admittedly, the TS site says $35/hr and nothing else. so who knows. the FBO is Atlantic Aviation, south terminal of ABIA, the company specifically is Above and Beyond Aviation
