Members hcprimerib
I've had both the original single rec and the series 2. the series 2 did have a long enough dropout that it wasn't usable live. it might work for you other guys in your sloppy garage rock with a drummer that has bad meter (yeah, got in my unprovoked :poke: for today), but for me it was unusable. I find the original single rec sounds better and the switching is better. no pops in either though, but I've had other rectifiers that do the popping. that I can deal with in a band situation. Members crisis
I have played an older series 1 Single Recto for 4 or so years and I cant say I notice a pop. That said I use it jamming with a band or gigging and would probably not hear it even if it did.
Members seajay
I had a series 2 Rectoverb combo and currently have a series 2 Rectoverb head. Neither one had/has the delay when switching channels.
Members Cliff Fiscal
I can't believe Mesa would release the amp with such a bad drop out. In what world is that okay? At least it sounds like they fixed it.
