Members syscrusher
Need to do some stretching periodically or at least everyday. Start doing some side planks, chest dips. Using a pilates ball, sitting on the ball, do some crunches. Using the pilates ball can make the side planks more intense. Ever since I slipped a lower rib, doing stretches and exercising especially anything that involves the lower chest and sides really helped a lot. I get the same thing for the same reason and I'm only 21, so it's not a heart thing
Members Pepi
Sounds like acid reflex or hernia. I still would have it checked out fast
Members ChuckSteak
You should still get this checked out, but it almost sounds like costochondritis.
Members marland
My boss recently had a chest pain - located to his left hand side - turned out to be an inflamed Spleen due to Leukemia.I don't know how old you are dude - but if it comes back it may be worth checking out by a proper doctor
