Members StuckItToYa31
bike chain links? I'm using them to secure my pedals to my board, although I ran out a little while ago and am having a hard time finding just the individual piece with two holes in it. None of the major stores around here have exactly what I'm looking for.

Members normh
I believe what you are referring to are "Master links." If you mean the links that have the oblong clip that fits over a loose link that slips over another link with two poles that hold a chain together, then they are master links. The can be obtained at bike stores, hardware stores like Ace, and Walmart.
Members nos
Easy. Go to your LBS (local bike shop) and ask. They should have some lying around that they'd give you for free. I've done it several times two different LBS and it's not been a problem.
Members Belva
Good idea. Don't know why I didn't think of that as I worked as a bike mech in my previous life. We would have left over chain all of the time. The girls from the strip joint down the street came & got all of ours. And no, I don't want to know what they did with it! Not making this up!
