Moderators ThudMaker Posted May 1, 2009 Moderators Share Posted May 1, 2009 2 questions. Anyone have any idea where to get parts to make a Valve Junior head a piggy back on to a 112 cab? Also how long should the legs be for the cab to tilt back? The same length as the cab is tall? I see that mojo has fender type stuff. I assume that the piggyback parts are for a much larger head. Members Belva
As far as tiltback I'd get the piggybacking done first & then see what tilt is needed. This will still be a small setup. I'd be inclined to make a stand to put the whole thing on. If you're like me you can find enough scrap lumber in your workshop to make something. Raising it at the same time will get you more, soundwise, than just a tiltback. Are you against drilling some holes & using a pair of 1/4X20 bolts with fender washers & wing nuts to piggyback? Go clear thru the amp & the cab. Cheap & effective. And you'll drill holes for piggyback hardware anyway.
