that's a very subjective question. Some folks would say some of them do. Others would say some of them do not...

(not really trying to be a wise guy, you know.)

Here's one here that might have a good neck on it.

I've been buying some old Harmony arch tops, re-glueing the braces, and sides, re-setting the necks and general fix ups, and I've never played one that amounts to much. The action is terrible on them. They were cheap guitars to begin with. I used to be careful not to disturb the original finish on them but now I experiment with different finishes on them. it's usually a big improvment....

But generally, I personally don't think much of their tone.......
