I have always heard that you get out of it, what you put into it.

But thats pretty scary stuff.

 

Zappa used to do that with a bicycle, blowing into the handlebars while drumming on the spokes. Its a Utube from a Steve Allen show....pretty funny stuff.

Hey, at least they don't have a hand in a sweaty armpit with an elbow pumping up and down. I seem to recall that being quite popular with boys in the 6th grade or thereabouts.
