Members seagullplayer77
I'm sure some of you probably read my other JJB thread, but I just got an E-mail back from Jessie and I felt like it deserved special mention. I installed my JJB Prestige 330 last week and while it sounds great, I installed it behind the bridge pins instead of in front of them. Some folks around here said the placement would make a difference, while others said it wouldn't. I figured I'd ask Jessie at JJB to see what his thoughts were. He said that placement would likely make a difference, but that moving the pickups probably wouldn't be worth the risk. Since they're installed with super glue, he said that trying to remove them would probably damage them. Here's what really floored me. He told me that if I decided to move the pickups and I damaged them in the process, he'd send me a replacement for free. That's solid customer service and I think JJB deserves some extra kudos for being so down-to-earth about things.
Members rhancox
Sweet. Yet another reason to check out JJB when looking for a product like the K&K Pure Western (mini or standard).
