Members mparsons
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1161830/acoustic%20guitar%20song.mp3 Please excuse the sloppy lead playing... Was improvised in a few takes. At some point I'll actually write a melody instead of making one up and extend it with vocals and other instrumentation. Thoughts? Guitar is a Yamaha LS6 with Elixir 13-56 Phosphor Bronze nanowebs. Mic is a Shure SM81 pointed at the soundhole, about 6" off. Some light reverb, compression, EQ for the guitar effects and some tape simulation to glue it all together.
Members gitnoob
Nice. I liked the made-up melody. You should team up with skatalite. I think you both have the same guitar and similar strumming styles.

Members RiseNewCreature
Your band is pretty sick m/ and the song was pretty decent. Nice idea with the melody.
Members Florida_Gator
Very nice! I love mine, too! Was the strumming the same guitar?
Members rhancox
It's got potential. I like the idea. Need to move the mic up the fretboard a little to reduce the overpowering bass.
Members OldGuitarPlayer
I think it sounds really great and I liked your playing. Nice little tune. I really think those Yamaha L series guitars look nice. I have never played one myself and I want to thank you for sharing this clip as it confirms to me that this guitar might be worth checking out one day.
