What's That Gibson Paul Stanley Played That Looks Kind Of Like an LP

I can't seem to find a picture right now. He played it very early on, around the first two albums. It was white or wood grain and had a maple fretboard. There's an alternate picture from the Alive! photo shoot where he's playing it. Paul is in the middle kind of bending backwards. It's not the one on the real Alive! cover though.

Many people's probably with the L6-S is that is was an all maple body with a maple neck. Made it heavy and bright.

Junior Kimbough and other blues guys did get some great tones from them though. I believe Santan was an endorsee at one time.

The L5-S was fancier and featured different woods, body thickness, electronics, trim, construction, etc..

I doubt the Warmoth will come with the L6-S' beveled edges, but you could do them yourself before finishing.

Right. It was called a Midnight Special. I had one and a Gibson poster with Paul Stanley playing it.

If you're looking for one, don't waste your time. It's crap.
