Members stereordinary
Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has tried out the no-name hardshell cases from Musician's Friend. I'm thinking about getting one for my non-gigging Ibanez Les Paul copy. Are they any good? Worth the money?
Members peavey_impact
My bass player bought the MF bass case. Nothin wrong with it at all.
Members jerry_picker
I have several MF cases, and I believe that the Canadian-made Epiphone cases are better, for fit, materials and construction.
Members _pete_
I bought 2 of the generic rectangular cases for my Strats and they're ok. Nothing special but not terrible. I bought one of the Les Paul cases and it's nice. It's just as nice as the Epi case but $10 cheaper. In fact I just bought another one that will arrive tomorrow. Members cincy_cosmo
I bought one and it was fine, although it stunk a little when I first opened it. But it was a fairly solid case.
Members fuzzy4dice
I have this:http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/General/Accessories/Cases?sku=544778 And it's really quite good, it looks great. I woulden't throw it off a roof, but it's quite good really. $50.00? I mean, c'mon!
Members stereordinary
Sweet. I guess it's time to bite the bullet and get one. It'll be good to save money on the case for the Ibanez, since I have to buy a genuine Fender case for my Jazzmaster.
Members ashasha
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/General/Accessories/Cases?sku=544769 This one looks pretty nice to me. I may have to jump on it.
Members Collie Ransom
RUN do not walk, over to Rondo and buy one of those 59.00 brown LP cases. They are THE BEST. they even come with purple lining and the satin diaper. I keep my R8 in one because it doesn't scream steal me like my gibson custom shop case does. Members Dead Skunk
I have an MF hard case for a classical. I'm happy with it, but watch out for the extra shipping charges.
