Members Devinstation
Interesting It has a different head stock and no frets, I wonder how it'll sound? It is for set necks thogh so replacement may be kinda rough.
Members jrkirkish
What the hell is Kurt thinking on this one? Who's actually going to change the *glued in* neck on their LPs? Make it a bolt on replacement for one of their strats or teles, and I would probably buy one.
Members batotman
I'm gonna go rip the neck off my AL3000 right now just to do this.......riiiight. BEYOND stupid.
Members Kevman
He's had this for a while. It was on the site way back before the body and headstock changes. They actually sold the AL-2500 with the fretless board option. I played it...meh. Guess I'm just not a fretless king of guy. Probably got spare necks at one point from manufacturer and is now trying to get them to leave his shiney new warehouse to make room for some more sick bargains! Members Kevman
Rondo is my home shop..I gotta give props. They have been good to me..The boy looks like a wookie, going to try to see if I can shave his sideburns off while he is sleeping one night. He plays real good though. Members Mighty Coogna!
I wonder how hard it would be to get the "fret lines" out to install frets?
Members Kevman
I wouldn't even try..lol.I'm sure if you needed a fretted model Kurt could order one.The fret lines look to be made of the sane material used for the binding. Not sure if it hs the tines on it or not.
