Have Fender ever made a tele with only a neck pickup?

Yes they did.

John English made a Fender Custom Shop Telecaster called the "Swingmaster". It's a hollow body with 2 F holes.

You can see it on pages 58 & 59 of Fender's Custom Shop Guitar Gallery book published by Hal Leonard.

Did Fender ever make a Stratocaster with a Jaguar neck, tele headstock, p-bass pickups, and in a lemon yellow color with matching pants suit?
