Sorry if this isn't the right place to be posting this thread, but I'm in DESPERATE need for the manual for an old Tascam Ministudio Porta 07 4-track....having trouble finding one online. Members Sugar382 Posted August 25, 2009 Author Members Share Posted August 25, 2009 Hi there, I guess I'm just not familiar with the "effects return" switches and inputs. what are those for exactly? also, the monitor select has 3 options on the switch: remix, cue, and eff. if I'm going to be bouncing tracks with another tape machine, how can I do so with the panning options? it's all in mono until I turn the "remix" switch on, but then the quality is much lower and dull sounding. also, the DBX options are kinda weird for me. they are sync, on, and off. what is dbx? noise cancellation? generally just kind of a weird unit to me. any ideas? thank you soo much!
