I need to rig something up that will be cheap, effective, and highly portable, since my "studio" is a 1.5-mile walk from home, and I have to carry everything on my back. I think I'm going with the pyramid-shaped foam inserts. I just need to determine which size would be more effective. Can someone advise me as to which size/thickness would be better? I'm planning to put an AT3035 inside the cube. The 1" type has an overall NRC of .50.The 2" type has an overall NRC of .71. Or would I be better off with wedge instead of pyramid?
