Members joegrant413
Hey folks, Just got my RGA121 back with a Breed pup in the bridge. Sounds great! Only thing.... the parallel setting for the neck pup (a PAF Pro) is a lot quieter than the usual series neck setting. Is that OK? Or should I take it back? I also have to say the parallel neck setting *sounds* good.. you just have to turn it up quite a bit. A part of me is tired of fooling around with this. Another part of me says to make sure I'm getting what I paid for. Thx,-- Joe
Members Ryan Trevisol
Part of why I didn't coil-split my dad's Epiphone . . . the output of the GFS 59's dropped way too much.
Members dixie789456
yes parallel is a bit quiter and a little less "full" sounding. with my toggle on my strat when i switch from series to parallel it sounds like i've turned the volume down from 10 to around 6. personally i like the series sound better, but thats just me. i can pull alot more gain out of it in series than parallel.
