Members bikehorn
When these first came out, I immediately got hooked on them. At the time I had just bought the Yamaha I have right now and so I didn't get an Ibanez. Now that I have the money and desire for one, the only tremolo models left are the AFS models!! I like them, but the access to the upper frets is a bit awkward. Not that I go there all the time but some songs call for it. Plus a full hollow is likely to feed back a lot when I hit my fuzz face. I guess lately I just have a Bigsby-type tremolo fixation. I used to think I was a fixed-bridge guy, maybe not anymore.
Members tim gueguen
Presumably they didn't sell well enough.
Members roygbiv
Presumably they didn't sell well enough. That's not only a good guess. Given the capitalist system, it's probably the only good guess.
Members mrbrown49
Some of them are nice, its a shame.
Members batotman
Sales figures or complaints about tuning stability are my 2 guesses.
Frets99
I'm sure you can find some on the used market. I love mine! No tuning or stability issues. Great player.
