Members boneman
What was the electric guitar Dave Grohl used in the Madison Square Garden concert video? Looks like a 335 with Fender headstock.

Members boneman
With a 50's style neck? I was hoping it had maybe the 60's slim profile.

Members Snambo
it is a take on the Trini Lopez model. Wow. I just looked at it a little closer. Looks the same to me. Is there a difference?
Members Vinhoff
I was at the concert it was definitively his sig guitar as it had a TOM bridge not a tailpiece like the Trini, plus he plaid the Black and Pelham blue versions which are the two colors his sig comes in. Members Rich4Once
He made some noise about collecting Pelham Blue Trini Lopez guitars, and Gibson decided to jump on his bandwagon.
Members adamrobertt
Dave's been playing Trini Lopezes for awhile now, and I guess his signature model is an updated version of one. I think they're cool.
Members catsandstrats
I wish they would have made a signature out of his Gibson RD, one of the best guitars Gibson ever made. I love the Trini though, there were only about 30 ever made in Pelham Blue, and he has 3 of em.

Members clay sails
*shudder* Overall the guitar looks nice but the headstock needs some help. It looks like a flaccid [male organ].
Members o.versteer
I don't care for his music at all, but the DG sig guitar is utterly cool. I'd have one over a standard Gibson 335 any day, it's ace.
