Members Drew5887
I am putting a nice Fralin P-90 into an SX LP junior, and I would like your input on what pots/caps I should use for optimal tone! Thanks in advance
Members Offthiscentury
Funny. I was just wondering the same thing last night. A little research and I found that 250, 300, and 500k all work and it's just a matter of taste. 1meg is probably overkill though... I personally like a brighter sound so I'd go 500k. Members Songman68
Most people go with 500K for P90's to make them a little brighter.
Members Cletus Spuckle
I think SX has 500's in there stock. Sounded good to me.
Members NOS68
I prefer a 300k on the volume and a 500k for the tone.If I recall correctly the last set I installed I went with .033 caps.
