When the biggest problem the Congress had to deal with... was whether the President of the United States lied about getting a bj... We were so young, so innocent back then. I was in Peru at the time, and was in the remote Andes for a week. I came back down after a week and saw a newsstand with a Spanish newspaper. Imagine my surprise when I saw these two headlines screaming at me: CLINTON HAS INAPPROPRIATE AFFAIR U.S. BOMBS AFGHANISTAN That was definitely a "WTF?" moment.
