Members PlayerRob
Hi,I was replacing strings on my Ibanez RG320 (Floyd Rose Trem II) and my Saddle cracked as I was tightening. The string was still loose as I was tightening it so I am thinking the block had either become stuck and caused stress or it was already weak in general. I realize its the Korean made licensed trems which people say aren't very good but are these normally subject to cracking? I am just trying to figure out if saddle's breaking on these happens alot and if I should invest either in stronger Saddles or replace the entire system with something else? Thanks! Members jtr654
You over tighten it that's why it cracked. Buy another make sure you get the right one because they are different height.
