Members bigjd
I can get 2 in imaculate condition for 400.00.Should I? I got amps to run them, and I can purpose them to get my ROI pretty easily. They just seem so big and damn heavy.
Members Dookietwo
They were a good sub in their day. Did a show in Canada many years ago with 3 a side with 3 of the tops. Hdh4s?. Not a high power handling box. Around 250 to 300 watts rms if I remember right but very good at turning wattages into SPL. Like most peavey products of that day the low frequency limit was 40/45 hz. I used a 40hz low cut on them with good result. I think the sound company used 1 channel of a cs1200 per sub. If you don't mind the weight and have use for them seems like a no brainer to me. Look around as peavey may still have a spec sheet around for them.

Members bigjd
Yeah planned on passing them at 40,changing out the connectors to run them bridged ( very lightly ).They're a front loaded sub so I could mix and match them with some others without to much phase mud.
