It is a 1977 Gibson Les Paul Custom that was Made In USA -- not a reissue. I'm fairly positive it does, but don't quote me. Lookswise and to the touch, you can definitely tell this is a 32 year old classic guitar and not the run-of-the-mill modern incarnation of the LP Custom. I'm sure it's definitely on par with your '78 Silverburst. In my opinion, they sound to be "cut from the same cloth" in terms of quality, so to speak. I tried messing with the levels in Adobe Photoshop CS3, but couldn't get it that good.. I owe you a bunch of free bumps if you're ever listing anything. Just let me know.
