Members thatsbunk Posted October 19, 2014 Members Share Posted October 19, 2014 Went to my local GC last night just to pick up strings, saw this Danelectro 12 String on the wall & had to come home with it. What a nice guitar for not a lot of $. Does the Rickenbacker thing quite nicely for less than 1/4 the cost (a little less than $400 out the door including tax). I think this must be a new model as it's a semi hollow with a cherry sunburst-ish finish. Very playable with nice action, & the electronics & hardware seem to be pretty solid. Members profgalen Posted October 21, 2014 Members Share Posted October 21, 2014 HNGD! I bought a black one last year. No "F" hole on mine. I got it new on "scratch and dent" for $225. Mine has a small dent. I was pleased to see they are now made in Korea again. Sounds great and stays in tune surprisingly well. A lot of fun to play.
