  • Fender Mustang IV amp opinions

Just picked up a Fender Mustang 1v amp 2 days ago. Tired of lugging around Twins Super Reverbs etc around for 20 years. Amp sounds pretty convincing for a ss state. Any opinions here on this amp?? Thanks KJL

I had a Mustang III for a few days. It sounded great at low volumes but not too good at stage level so I returned it.

Was it a fizz issue or problem cutting?

Update the firmware and the FUSE software to the latest versions and run the amp. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

I was thinking about these as well but somebody mentioned upgrading the firmware and FUSE software.

                            Has anybody tried that?
