Been thinking about purchasing that myself but doesn't it need a USB key?

I have the one with the toy MS-20 controller, and I think that thing is a HUGE advantage. It's the softie I program the most by far. It works fine without the toy controller plugged in, though, for what that's worth. Different package, I suppose...

yes it does. it comes with one.

this is my first softie with a dongle. so far, though no problems.

No dongles for me. I'll just kepp programming my M3 for Polysix and MS20 sounds.

I had the first incarnation with the controller. Miss it at times, you know?

This little "paraphonic" synth arrived today:

I hade one a few years back, now I wonder why I ever let it go...

And then, I got this classic stringer on loan:

It sounds so good I jizzed my pants when I first played it. There's no way I'm letting this one go, I'm buying it. Love it. Better than Solina. Excellent. Amazing.

Someone modded this with a little phaser circuit, gives it a nice, mild and soft phase right out of the box. See switch and knob for speed adjustment:

Today was all about ensemble effects and top-octave dividers

I have been planning on getting one for two years. A cross country move and needing to sell a good bit of gear was no obstacle! :) I should have it sometime next week hopefully.
