Members erok123
Yes, I know I'm cheap. I'm in between jobs, so give me a break. I'd like to try a little sequencing. I'm running on an old Mac, OS X 10.4 on a upgraded Sawtooth to be exact. Is there a decent if basic free sequencer that will run on this platform? Thanks, Eric

Members Yoozer
Garageband. edit: if you can increase your price requirements to "really, really cheap" - http://www.reaper.fm/
Members midinut
Even though I'm a PC/Cubase user, I think Yoozer has the best solution. If the OP starts with Garageband, they can expand to Logic as time and budget permit. And Reaper is a good suggestion as well. I downloaded it for the PC to try on my laptop. Is there a Mac version? Good luck whichever way you go and keep us posted on how it's coming along ...
Members erok123
Garageband has no midi out. It's not a sequencer. Eric
Members moog man
Garageband is indeed not a sequencer. Try Logic Express or Able Live Lite.
