Members gschmittling
it looks like the strings move further down? Like past the my high E string isn't where it should be on the neck, it's almost off the neck when it gets down to the higher frets. I can't find my camera right now, but here are some cell phone pictures that could maybe help describe what I mean. Sorry for the lack of light or clarity but hopefully it helps. Also the action is higher the further you go down the neck. Truss rod adjustment? Thanks! oops for the pics -
Members mrbrown49
Loosen the screws and try to adjust the neck. There tends to be some wiggle room.
Members Belva
I agree w/ mrbrown. Looks like the neck shifted & needs to be moved. Is there a gap between neck & body on the bass side? More gap towards the bridge? My question is how do you keep it from happening in the first place. This has happened to me too. I check my neck attach screws whenever I change strings now.
