I am wondering, with what I pay to live in the dorms, why my university CANNOT FIND IT IN ITS HEART TO TURN ON THE {censored}ING HEAT. Combine this with a big cup of high-test coffee before my final at 8 this morning, and I'm surprised that I'm not shaking like a jackhammer.
