I went to bed at 9:30 last night and got up at 6:30 this morning. Much better than going to bed at 5 and getting up at 7:30, like I've been doing at least two days a week. I've been almost nocturnal on some days this quarter. The college life sure can wreak havoc on your sleep schedule. Hopefully, I can do this more consistently.
