Didn't see a lot of 'real' ESPs in the Signature Series section. Looked like most of them are LTDs.

I'm getting jerked around now. Got shipping confirmation and then today when I called for an actual tracking # they told me my ordered was canceled. The customer service guy I was corresponding with via email assured me I was getting one even when it was listed as backordered. The guy I was dealing with is out today so I will be talking to him tomorrow. I want a RR24 in any color for the same price. If they weasel out of this one I will be pissed. Good luck with that. I've been trying to get a different one due to all the issues mine had and they pretty much said keep the one you have or send it back. And they were never backordered, what they had was all they had at that price...

Got mine and it was Black instead of White. Also had a nice chip on the corner of the top fin. Then I noticed the jack plate screws were completed stripped out. Not exactly what I've come to expect from a Japanese Jackson... On the bright side, Sam Ash has given me back $50 for it being the wrong color and another $50 for the chip. No word yet on the stripped screws...

I received a call from Sam Ash today saying these guitars are all black w/ white bevels - there were never any white ones to ship out. They said Jackson gave them the wrong information initially so they posted the wrong specs. Oh well, it's still a great deal. I got the same call, and this was after I received two emails last night assuring me that they were White. Oh well, something like this is usually good for a $50 or so price adjustment...

Very nice!! Great deal too! I got a great deal on a charvel Sweetwater was blowing out. Glad to see others got good deals also. Enjoy it!! Yeah, it was an interesting day for me. Wasn't planning on buying anything and a few days later I've got 2 Charvels, 1 Jackson on the way, and a Peavey JSX Mini. And that's just the big stuff.

I ordered it off the Sam Ash website on Thanksgiving. The picture was of a white one and it had no option for other colors and none of the other RR models had maple boards and were all showing the regular price. I didn't even know Jackson made them in black with maple boards untill I opened the case and there it was. I love the black with maple board look. I have no idea what they'll send you, I thought I was ordering a white one too. Other answers- White bevels, case included at the $495 price and it is a huge sturdy MF'r of a case too. It looks like it would fit their Kelly V style guitars too. Interesting... After my earlier post, I went back to the Sam Ash site to see if color was mentioned, and under the 'Specifications' tab, it says "Body Color - White w/Black". I'm hoping I get the White one, because I really don't want the black. Oh well, I guess I can flip it or hit them up for a partial refund if they screwed it up...

Did they have black and white ones available when you ordered? I've got one on the way, that I'm assuming is white, since the picture was white and there was no option for another color. But I guess they could have had the wrong picture...
