Imagine some super-compressed, totally saturated fuzz.Now subtract ALL bass and mids.That should get you close.

I think "the cable is continuously rated at 170 C (230 C peak)" means the temperaturs it'll handle, not the capacitance.
What's the signal chain?
I use cable with 70 pF capacitance. There's cable with even less but I don't know what the manufacturers do to decrease capacitance.

Using the formula I already posted, you should be able to calculate the low-pass corner frequency of that cable.
The Mosferatu comes to mind although it's not a metal distortion.
Girl pictures might work better.

None of the analog octavers will work with chords.

Analog octave-ups are rarely really clean. The Octo-Booster looks clean. My X2 squarer also sounds clean.
