A friend on another forum found this picture in his photo box, and can't remember who it was. Someone told him it was Ted Nugent, but I don't think so. Someone else said it was Bon Jovi, but there's no way. He thinks it was someone famous, but I think it could be anyone from the late 70's - 80's. What do you guys think?
