Advice needed on strings

Hey guys, I have just started getting into electric, been playing acoustic forever. Need some advice and wisdom on which strings to start with to get the sound that I am looking for. I want a nice mellow twangy tone for classic country.

 

The electric I just picked up is a Epi Dot studio which has been upgraded with Vintage vibe guitar pickups. It has a HS-90 SW in the bridge and neck positions. You can change out the magnets on these pickups from Cerramic- 8, AINiCO II, III or V. I have them set up as Ainico III at the moment.

 

Will be used for alot of strumming and small leads and bass walk downs.

 

Any advice and wisdom that you can share will be very helpful
