Customer Service review of MI Audio

So, after 8 months of heavy gigging and rehearsal, my Crunch Box died. I opened it up but couldn't see anything wrong, so I emailed MI Audio. Within days, they responded that I should just mail it to them in Aus.

 

It cost me $12 to ship it, and I wasn't required to provide a receipt of purchase or anything---just a copy of the email they sent.

 

Anyway, four weeks later, I got my CB back in the mail, and they paid for shipping. It's my pedal, alright--all the same nicks and scratches :p

 

The pedal appears to be working properly now, and holy {censored}, I missed that tone!

I got a Crunchbox and a Blues Pro for Christmas. They have totally replaced all of the dirt on my pedalboard.

 

Man, I can't say enough good things about the Blues Pro. That pedal is just plain awesome.

 

I'm glad their customer service is up to snuff too! :thu:
