Members Assumer
HeyWhen you combine single coils and a humbucker in a guitar such as a super strat what pot values do you use? I was wanting to replace my bridge pickup with a humbucker.

Members Orange Jackson
It's a compromise for sure. I would give 500k volume, 250k tone for neck and middle, and a 500k tone for the bridge humbucker a try. Some of Dimarzio's single coil pickups are designed to be used with 500K pots. So that is a good option too. I know their Area 67 is this way for sure, and it's good in the neck and middle positions.
